MEETING DATE A Development Review Committee meeting will be held on Tuesday, March 29, 2011, at 2:30 p.m., in the City Council Chambers to review the following development application: Petition CUMN- 11 -02- 000020 - Requesting minor conditional use approval for an instructional studio at 3780 Burns Road, Unit 9 The applicant will be in attendance at this meeting. Please note that the Development Review Committee is the deciding body for minor conditional use petitions. At this meeting, the DRC will decide to approve or deny the above petition, with or without conditions. REQUEST FOR COMMENTS Please provide your comments on the subject minor conditional use petition to Pamela Chanitz, Planner, Planning and Zoning Department, no later than 5:00 p.m., on Tuesday, March 15, 2011. Your comments must be forwarded to my attention by that date and time so that written comments can be given to the applicant in accordance with the timeframes established in the City's Land Development Code. Should you have no comments, please send me an e-mail to that effect for the record. Hard copies of the complete application are available in the Growth Management Department. Receiving your comments by March 15, 2011, will allow staff time to compile and forward comments to the applicant in a timely manner to ensure proper direction, LDR requirements, and other pertinent information being conveyed.
