SUBJECT: Old Palm Planned Community Development (PCD) — Requesting approval of three (3)
site plan amendments for Parcels A, C2, and F1 (please see below for a more detailed
description of the request)
Please provide your comments on the subject DRC petitions to the Growth Management Department
no later than 5:00 p.m. on May 6, 2011. Your comments must be forwarded to our office (Attn:
Richard Marrero (rmarrero2pbgfl.com) in order to provide written comments to the applicant in
accordance with the timeframes established in the City's Land Development Regulations. Your
comments must be provided by the deadline stated above. Should you have no comments, please
indicate so next to your name on the second page and forward this memo to our office. Additional
copies of the application are available in the Planning & Zoning Department. Thank you for your
attention to this matter.

MEETING DATE:
A Development Review Committee meeting will be held on Thursday, May 19, 2011 at 2:00 p.m., in
the City Council Chambers to review the following development applications:
PALM BEACH GARDENS PETITION NUMBER:
1. SPLA- 11 -04- 000022 — Parcel F1 /Clubhouse Parcel — Requesting approval of a major site plan
amendment to remove 14 un -built casita units and construct four (4) tennis courts on Parcel F 1.
The 14 un -built units are proposed to be relocated to two (2) other parcels within the
development.
2. SPLA- 11 -04- 000023 — Parcel A/ Sabal Palm — Requesting approval of a major site plan
amendment to relocate 10 dwelling units from Parcel F 1, reconfigure certain lots, and upgrade
the landscape plan.
3. SPLA- 11 -04- 000024 — Parcel C2/ Majesty Palm — Requesting approval of a major site plan
amendment to relocate four (4) units from Parcel F1 and reconfigure lots 246, 255, 256, and
265.
The Old Palm Planned Community Development (PCD) is located at the northwest corner of the
intersection of PGA Boulevard and Central Boulevard.
The applicant will be in attendance at this meeting. Our office requests your participation in the
review of this project. Please review this request and attend the meeting if possible. Receiving your
comments prior to the meeting will provide staff with the ability to give proper direction to the
applicant.
