I. CALL TO ORDER
The regular meeting was called to order at 8:30 a.m. by Chair L. Marc Cohn.

Phillip Woodall made a motion for approval of the February 24, 2011 minutes.
Marilyn Lew - Jacobs seconded.
Motion passed 3 -0.
