SUBJECT: Development Review Committee (DRC) Meeting for Petition PCDA- 11 -05- 000011
(Downtown at the Gardens Sign Plan Amendments) on June 3, 2011, at 2:00 p.m.
Please provide your comments on the subject DRC petition no later than 5:00 p.m. on Friday, May 27, 2011.
Your comments must be forwarded to my attention by that date and time so that written comments can be given
to the applicant in accordance with the timeframes established in the City's Land Development Code. Should
you have no comments, please indicate so in a memo. Additional copies of the complete application are
available in the Planning & Zoning Department.
MEETING DATE:
A Development Review Committee meeting will be held on Friday, June 3, 2011, at 2:00 p.m., in the Palm
Beach Gardens City Council Chambers to review the following request:
Petition PCDA- 11 -05- 000011— Downtown at the Gardens Amendment to Master Sign Plan
A request on behalf of the owners of Downtown at the Gardens, for approval of a Planned Development
Community (PCD) amendment application to revise the Master Sign Plan to provide new and redesigned
wayfinding and tenant signage. The Downtown at the Gardens project and sign plan was approved in
2003. The subject site is located at the northeast corner of Kyoto Gardens Drive and Alternate AIA.
