Your comments must be forwarded to my attention by that date and time so that written comments can be given to the applicant in accordance with the timeframes established in the City's Land Development Code. Should you have no comments, please indicate so in a memo. Additional copies of the complete application are available in the Planning & Zoning Department. MEETING DATE: A Development Review Committee meeting will be held on Friday, June 3, 2011, at 3:00 p.m., in the Palm Beach Gardens City Council Chambers to review the following requests: Petition CPSS- 11 -05- 000003 — Gordon & Doner small scale Comprehensive Plan Amendment Petition PPUD- 11 -05- 000024 — Gordon & Doner Rezoning and Planned Unit Development (PUD) A request on behalf of the owners of the Gordon & Doner building at 4114 Northlake Boulevard, for approval of a small scale Comprehensive Plan amendment for the rear 0.28 acre portion of the site from Residential Medium (RM) to Commercial (C) future land use designation, and a Rezoning and PUD application to change the entire 0.96 acre site from General Commercial (CGI) and Residential Medium (RM) to Planned Unit Development (PUD) zoning, along with a site plan to expand the existing three - story building and parking lot to the south. The Gordon & Doner building was developed in 1985, prior to being annexed into the City in 2002. The subject site is located at the southwest corner of Northlake Boulevard and Sunset Drive.
