6 I. CALL TO ORDER
7 The regular meeting was called to order at 6:00 p.m. by Vice Chair Amie Schneider.
8 H. PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE

10 PRESENT: Howard Nass, Arnie Schneider, William Sonnenreich, Tory Buckley (First Alternate
11 sitting for Jim Amsler).
12 ABSENT: Chair Tim Frohling, Jim Amsler, William Olsen, Scott Smith.
13 ALSO PRESENT: Recreation Director, Staff Liaison Charlotte Presensky; Parks Director, Alternate
14 Stan' Liaison Mike Kelly; Golf Operations Director Tim Kasher.
15 IV. ADDITIONS DELETIONS AND MODIFICATIONS
16 None.
17 V. APPROVAL OF MINUTES
18 Tory Buckley made a motion for approval of the October 18, 2010 minutes.
9 William Sonnenreich seconded.
20 Motion passed 4 -0.
21 VI. ITEMS BY STAFF LIAISON
22 Staff Liaison Presensky introduced and welcomed Councilmember. Council Liaison Marcie Tinsley.
23 Golf Operations Director Tim Kasher gave a presentation and described the memorials honoring board
24 member Ernie Volonte, who had passed away. Board members expressed remembrances in tribute to
25 Ernest Volonte.

29 Staff Liaison Presenska reviewed capital projects that are underway and the next CIP Plan. Discussion
30 ensued.
31 Staff Liaison Presensky discussed group park permits for playgrounds. Discussion ensued.
