6 I. CALL TO ORDER
7 The regular meeting was called to order at 10:30 a.m. by Finance Administrator, Allan Owens.

10 PRESENT: Allan Owens, Sean O'Brien, Dindial Laljie.
11 ABSENT: None.
12 IV. ADDITIONS, DELETIONS, MODIFICATIONS
13 None.
14 V. APPROVAL OF MINUTES the minutes from the July 6, 2022, meeting.
15 City Manager Designee O'Brien made a motion to approve the July 6, 2022, minutes.
16 Dindial Laliie seconded.
17 Motion passed 3-0.
18 VI.REGULAR AGENDA
19 a. REVIEW AND DISCUSS ANNUAL STATEMENT AS OF SEPTEMBER 30, 2022
20 City Manager Designee O'Brien presented an overview of the annual statement as of the end of
21 the fiscal year, September 30, 2022.
22 VII. OLD BUSINESS
23 None.
24 VIII. NEW BUSINESS
25 Finance Administrator, Allan Owens announced his retirement effective January 6, 2023. He
26 introduced his replacement, Finance Manager, Arienne Panczak who will be joining the Board
27 next year.
28 Finance Manager, Arienne Panczak shared she looks forward to working with everyone.
