SUBJECT: Nova Southeastern University Planned Unit Development (PUD) — Requesting approval
of an additional sign and the extension of their Art in Public Places.
Please provide your comments on the subject DRC petition to the Planning and Zoning Department no
later than 5:00 p.m. on August 5, 2011. Your comments must be forwarded to our office (Attn: Kate
Wilson (kwilsongpbgfl.com) in order to provide written comments to the applicant in accordance
with the timeframes established in the City's Land Development Regulations. Your comments must
be provided by the deadline stated above. Additional copies of the application are available in the
Planning and Zoning Department. Thank you for your attention to this matter.

MEETING DATE:
A Development Review Committee meeting will be held on Wednesday, August 17, 2011 at 2:00
p.m., in the City Council Chambers to review the following development application:
PUDA- 11 -07- 000031 — Requesting approval of an additional wall sign at the Nova Southeastern
University Planned Unit Development (PUD) and an extension for the installation of their Art in
Public Places requirement. The Nova Southeastern University PUD is located on the west side of
Military Trail, south of the Sabal Ridge community, and east of Interstate 95.
The applicant will be in attendance at this meeting. Our office requests your participation in the
review of this project. Please review this request and attend the meeting if possible. Receiving your
comments prior to the meeting will provide staff with the ability to give proper direction to the
applicant.
