SUBJECT: Development Review Committee (DRC) Meeting for Petition PUDA- 11 -07- 000030
Waterford Hotel (Windsor Gardens) on August 25, 2011, at 2:00 p.m.
Please provide your comments on the subject DRC petition no later than 5:00 p.m. on Monday, August 8,
2011. Your comments must be forwarded to my attention by that date and time so that written comments can be
given to the applicant in accordance with the timeframes established in the City's Land Development Code.
Should you have no comments, please indicate so in a memo. Additional copies of the complete application are
available in the Planning & Zoning Department.
MEETING DATE:
A Development Review Committee meeting will be held on Thursday, August 25, 2011, at 2:00 p.m., in the
Palm Beach Gardens City Council Chambers to review the following request:
Petition PUDA- 11 -07- 000030 Waterford Hotel (Windsor Gardens) — to reduce the number of hotel rooms
from 90 to 77 and to allow the 1,700 square foot restaurant to be open to the public
A request on behalf of the owners of the Windsor Gardens Hotel (aka: Waterford Hotel), for approval of
a Planned Development Community (PUD) amendment application to reduce 90 hotel rooms to 77 hotel
rooms by converting 13 rooms to suites. This reduction in the number of rooms will allow the hotel to
open their existing 1,700 square foot restaurant to the public. The subject site is located at 11360 U.S.
Highway 1, south of PGA Boulevard on the east side of US Highway 1.
