6 I. CALL TO ORDER
7 The regular meeting was called to order at 8:29 a.m. by Chair Comiter.
8 II. PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE
9 III. ROLL CALL
10 PRESENT: Chair Andrew Comiter, Vice Chair Dennis Beran, Mark Schulte, David Middleton,
11 and Mark Feldmesser.
12 ABSENT: None.
13 ALSO PRESENT: Finance Administrator, Staff Liaison Allan Owens; Deputy Finance
14 Administrator, Sean O'Brien and Finance Manager, Arienne Panczak.
15 IV. ADDITIONS, DELETIONS, AND MODIFICATIONS
16 None.
17 V. APPROVAL OF MINUTES for the July 28, 2022, meeting.
18 Board Member Middleton made a motion to approve the July 28, 2022, meeting minutes.
19 Board Member Schulte seconded.
20 Motion passed 5-0.
21 VI. REGULAR AGENDA
22 A. Discuss Budget Oversight Review Board Report to Council
23 Board Members asked questions regarding items outlined in the draft report to City Council for
24 the September 8, 2022, City Council meeting and thanked Chair Comiter for preparing the draft
25 report. Discussion ensued.
26 The Board agreed that a follow-up meeting was not necessary to finalize the report.
