SUBJECT: Development Review Committee (DRC) Meeting for Petition PPUD- 11 -08- 000025 for the
Jewish Community Center (JCC) proposed Planned Unit Development (PUD) on
September 14, 2011, at 2:00 p.m.
Please provide your comments on the subject DRC petition no later than 5:00 p.m. on Thursday, August 25,
2011. Your comments must be forwarded to my attention by that date and time so that written comments can be
given to the applicant in accordance with the timeframes established in the City's Land Development Code.
Should you have no comments, please indicate so in a memo. Additional copies of the complete application are
available in the Planning & Zoning Department.
MEETING DATE:
A Development Review Committee meeting will beheld on Wednesday, September 14, 2011, at 2:00 p.m., in
the Palm Beach Gardens City Council Chambers to review the following request:
PPUD- 11 -08- 000025 for the Jewish Community Center (JCC) proposed Planned Unit Development
A request on behalf of the property owner, 95 Hood, LLC., for approval of a Planned Unit Development
(PUD) application to rezone the 13.96 acres from Planned Development Area (PDA) to Mixed Use
(MXD)/PUD, and for a corresponding PUD site plan. The site will be developed in two phases as a 56,000
square foot community center and a 41,600 square foot school. The subject site is 13.96 acres in size, and
located at 5305 Hood Road, immediately east of I -95 on the northside of Hood Road.
