6 The workshop was called to order at 5 :00 p.m. by Mayor Reed.

9 PRESENT: Mayor Reed, Vice Mayor Woods, Councilmember Premuroso, Councilmember
10 Middleton.
11 Councilmember Tinsley arrived at 5:01 p.m.
12 ABSENT: None.
13 III. ANNOUNCEMENTS/ PRESENTATIONS:
14 RESIDENT OPINION SURVEY RESULTS.
15 Mayor Reed announced that this is a Workshop Meeting; Therefore, there will be no public
16 comment, and there will be no action taken by the City Council.
17 Assistant to the City Manager, John Boehm and Administrative Services Manager, Kelly
18 Neuenschwander presented the outcome of the resident opinion survey for 2023.
