SUBJECT: Fifth Third Bank Planned Unit Development (PUD) — Requesting approval of an
amendment to the Turtle Beach PUD to accommodate Fifth Third Bank
Please provide your comments on the subject DRC petition to the Planning and Zoning Department no
later than 5:00 p.m. on September 20, 2011. Your comments must be forwarded to our office (Attn:
Kate Wilson (kwilson(cr bgfl.com) in order to provide written comments to the applicant in
accordance with the timeframes established in the City's Land Development Regulations. Your
comments must be provided by the deadline stated above. Additional copies of the application are
available in the Planning and Zoning Department. Thank you for your attention to this matter.

MEETING DATE:
A Development Review Committee meeting will be held on Tuesday, October 4, 2011 at 2:00 p.m.,
in the City Council Chambers to review the following development application:
PUDA- 11 -09- 000033 — Requesting approval of an amendment to the Turtle Beach Planned Unit
Development (PUD) project to accommodate Fifth Third Bank. The submitted petition proposes to
modify the approved site plan, landscape plan, and elevations. The site is located on the south side of
PGA Boulevard, one -tenth of a mile west of Military Trail.
The applicant will be in attendance at this meeting. Our office requests your participation in the
review of this project. Please review this request and attend the meeting if possible. Receiving your
comments prior to the meeting will provide staff with the ability to give proper direction to the
applicant.
