MEETING DATE: A Development Review Committee meeting will be held on Monday, October 24, 2011 at 2 :00 p.m., in the City Council Chambers to review the following development applications: SPLA- 11 -09- 000027 Request for approval of a site plan amendment to allow a car wash within the LA Fitness Plaza. CUMN- 11 -09- 000022 Request for approval of a minor conditional use to allow a car wash within the LA Fitness Plaza. Petitions No. SPLA- 11 -09- 000027 & CUMN- 11 -09- 000022 Please provide your comments on the subject DRC petitions to me by no later than 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday, October 4, 2011. Your comments must be forwarded to my attention (Attn: Jim Golden Ogolden @pbgfl.com) by the above date and time in order to provide written comments to the applicant in accordance with the timeframes established in the City's Land Development Regulations. Should you have no comments, please send me an e-mail to that effect for the record. Additional copies of the application are available in the Planning & Zoning Department.
