SUBJECT: Townhomes at Avalon PUD — Requesting concurrency certification, large scale future
land use map amendment, and rezoning for 76 townhomes on a 10.4 acre parcel at the
southwest corner of Hood Road and I -95 (Petitions CONC- 11 -09- 000020; CPMA -11-
09- 000014; PPUD- 11 -09- 000026).

MEETING DATE:
A Development Review Committee meeting will be held on Wednesday, October 19, 2011 at 2:00
p.m., in the City Council Chambers to review the following development applications:
CONC- 11 -09- 000020
Request for approval of a concurrency certificate to reserve capacity from various service
providers.
CPMA- 11 -09- 000014
Request for approval of a large -scale future land use amendment to change the current land use
designation from RL to RM.
PPUD- 11 -09- 000026
Request for approval of a rezoning from PUDA to PUD with an underlying zoning of RM.
Please provide your comments on the subject DRC petitions to the Planning & Zoning Department no
later than 5:00 p.m. on Friday, September 30, 2011. Your comments must be forwarded to our office
(Attn: Jim Golden Ogolden @pbgfl.com) in order to provide written comments to the applicant in
accordance with the timeframes established in the City's Land Development Regulations. Should you
have no comments, please indicate so next to your name on the second page and forward this memo to
our office. Additional copies of the application are available in the Planning & Zoning Department.
