6 The regular meeting was called to order at 5:36 p.m. by Chair Cable Neuhaus.

10 PRESENT: Chair Cable Neuhaus, Vice Chair David Porter, Meriel Bryan, Paul Kaufman,

13 ALSO PRESENT: Resource Manager, Staff Liaison Allyson Black; Planner, Alternate Staff

17 V. APPROVAL OF MINUTES
18 Vice Chair Porter made a motion for approval of the October 19, 2010 minutes.
19 Mary Miles seconded.
20 Motion passed 5 -0.
21 VL ITEMS BY COUNCIL LIAISON
22 Councilmember Jablin wished everyone a happy New Year. Discussion ensued regarding
23 going forward with the Bus Shelter project on a smaller scale in 2011 and positive presentation
24 of the funding to the public.
25 VII. ITEMS BY STAFF LIAISON
26 None.
27 VIII, OLD BUSINESS
28 Vice Chair Porter discussed the shark sculpture to be installed at the new Nova Southeastern
29 University Palm Beach Gardens campus. Chair Neuhaus discussed the Downtown at the
30 Gardens carousel.
31 IX. NEW BUSINESS
32 A. AIPP- 11 -01- 000027 — Public Workshop — St. Mark's Episcopal Church and School
33 Planned Unit Development
34 Dodi Glas, Gentile Holloway O'Mahoney & Associates, Inc., presented the concept of a stained
35 glass window for the new chapel for discussion.

41 Vice Chair Porter made a motion for April 19, 2011
