22 PPCD- 11 -03- 000004: Parcel 31.06/31.07 requesting to rezone 41.75 acres know as Central
23 Gardens located at the SWC of Hood Road and Central Blvd.
24 A request by Central Gardens, LLC, to rezone 41.75 acres located at the southwest corner of
25 Hood Road and Central Boulevard, east of Interstate 1 -95, from Planned Development Area
26 (PDA) to Planned Community Development (PCD) with a master plan to allow a mixed use
27 development with a total of 348 residential units, 57,500 square feet of retail use, and 40,784
28 square feet of office use.

34 for a 224 -unit apartment community within Parcel A.
35 A request by Central Gardens, LLC., for site plan approval of a 224 unit apartment community
36 on 22.73 acres within the northern portion of the Central Gardens Planned Community
37 Development (PCD), located at the southwest corner of Hood Road and Central Boulevard, east
38 of Interstate I -95.
