7 The regular meeting was called to order at 6:00 p.m. by Chair Tim Frohling.

14 ALSO PRESENT: Recreation Director, Staff Liaison Tim Kasher.
15 V. ELECTION OF CHAIR AND VICE CHAIR:
16 William Sonnenreich made a motion to elect Tory Buckley as the Chair.
17 Timothy Frohling seconded.
18 Motion passed 7 -0.
19 Tory Buckley made a motion to elect Tim Frohling as the Chair.
20 Motion failed.
21 Tory Buckley made a motion to elect Tim Frohling as the Vice Chair.
22 Amy Schneider seconded.
23 Motion passed 7 -0.

34 Staff Liaison Tim Kasher reported on parking, ball field, multi -use area and walking trail.
