The petitioners are seeking an 8.6-foot variance to allow for a 16.4-foot front setback at 10840 Magnolia Street within the PGA Golf Club Estates. The 15.5-acre pod is located within the Mirasol Planned Community District (PCD), which is bounded by PGA Boulevard to the south, Hood Road to the north, Florida’s Turnpike to the east and the C-18 Canal to the west (01-42S-42E).
