The current zoning is Planned Development Area (PDA), and the proposed zoning is Residential Low Density-3 (RL-3), with a Planned Community District (PCD) overlay. The subject site is proposed for 333 single-family residential units, including 34 cottages and casitas, and is bounded by PGA Blvd. to the south, Central Blvd. to the east, and the Florida Turnpike to the west. Pod B shall consist of 45 zero-lot line, single-family homes on 65’ by 140’ lots.
