REGULAR MEETING
FEBRUARY 15, 2011
I. CALL TO ORDER
The meeting was called to order at 10:30 a.m. by Finance Administrator Allan Owens.
II. PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE
III. ROLL CALL
PRESENT: Finance Administrator, Chair Allan Owens; Deputy Finance Administrator,
City Manager Designee Mary Anderson - Pickle; Trustee, Dindial Laljie.
ABSENT: None.
ALSO PRESENT: Florida League of Cities Florida Municipal Pension Trust Fund
(FMPTF) Retirement Services Manager Paul Shamoun.
IV. ADDITIONS. DELETIONS, MODIFICATIONS
None.
V. APPROVAL OF MINUTES
Mary Anderson- Pickle made a motion for approval of the August 17, 2010 minutes.
Dindial Laliie seconded.
Motion passed 3 -0.
VI. OLD BUSINESS
None.
VII. NEW BUSINESS
a. Review of Adoption Agreement
Paul Shamoun explained the updated Adoption Agreement. Discussion ensued.
Mary Anderson - Pickle made a motion to transmit the revised Adoption Agreement to
the plan attorney for review and then on to City Council for review and adoption of the
revised plan.
Dindial Laliie seconded.

31 b. Review of Quarterly Investment Report, October 1, 2010 through December 31,
32 2010
33 Paul Shamoun reviewed the Quarterly Investment Report. Discussion ensued.
