The proposed development consists of 117,695 square feet of retail space. The 24.57-acre site is located at the northwest corner of PGA Boulevard and the Florida Turnpike. The total square footage of the proposed development is 351,000 square feet, of which 225,000 square feet will be used for commercial purposes. The site is located at the southeast corner of the intersection of Gardens Parkway and Alt.
