a) Resolution 196, 2002 Î A Resolution of the City Council of the City
of Palm Beach Gardens, Florida, declaring the results of the
referendum election conducted on November 5, 2002, for the purpose
of annexing contiguous, compact, unincorporated territory commonly
known as Gardens Oaks, Mary Circle and Sunset Drive into the
corporate limits of the City of Palm Beach Gardens. providing for
conflicts; providing for severability; and providing for an effective
date.
