CALL TO ORDER 6 The regular meeting was called to order at 6:05 p.m. by Chair Michael Panczak. 7 H. PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE 8 III. ADDITIONS, DELETIONS, MODIFICATIONS 15 Director of Planning and Zoning, Natalie Crowley advised there was a request to have the 16 agenda reordered. Specifically, Item 1 would remain the same; Item 4 would become Item 2; 17 Item 2 would become Item 3 and Item 3 would become Item 4. 18 Charles Hathaway made a motion to approve the changes. 19 Douglas Pennell seconded. 20 Motion passed 7 -0. 21 V. REPORT BY DIRECTOR OF PLANNNING AND ZONING: NATALIE 22 CROWLEY 23 Reported on items approved by the City Council at the December 1, 2011 meeting. 24 VI. Recommendation to City Council (Public Hearing) - QUASI - JUDICIAL HEARING 32 MISC- 10 -07- 000074 - The Sanctuary PUD 33 A request by The Sanctuary Homeowner's Association Inc., for approval of a development 34 order amendment to provide for an alternative street tree replacement plan and the 35 elimination of a condition of approval pertaining to street tree installation requirements. Commissioners of community redevelopment agencies under Sec. 163.356 or 163.357, F.S., and officers of independent special tax districts elected on a one -acre, one -vote basis are not prohibited from voting in that capacity.
