APPLICATIONS
Dear Mr. Wu:
On behalf of our client, Spalding Sports Worldwide, Inc., we respectfully request the withdrawal
of the Spalding Future Land Use Amendment application (Petition LU- 00 -06) and the Spalding
Testing Facility Planned Unit Development (Petition PUD- 00 -09).
In accordance with City policy, we request that all unused portions of the submitted engineering
escrow funds be refunded to Spalding Sports Worldwide, Inc. and be sent to:
