Petitions CU -01 -06 and SP- 01 -44: Christ Fellowship Church South Campus
Amendments
Mr. Joe Ryan, of the Palm Beach Gardens Christ Fellowship Church, is requesting a
conditional use amendment and a site plan amendment to allow for the removal of
conditions of approval to Resolution 5, 2000 and Ordinance 34, 1999, which
prohibited the use of shuttle bus service from the site and prohibited the reception of
simultaneous broadcasting. The Christ Fellowship South Campus site is located at
5343 Northlake Boulevard, approximately 1 -1/4 miles west of Military Trail. (23-

2. Public Hearing and Recommendation to City Council
Petition DRI/PCD- 00 -01: Regional Center NOPC for Parcels 27.09 and 27.13
Urban Design Studio, agent for Catalfumo Construction and Development, Inc., is
requesting a Notice of Proposed Change (NOPC) and an amendment to the Planned
Community District (PCD) for the Regional Center DRI located at the northeast corner
of PGA Boulevard and Alternate A -1 -A to allow certain land -use conversions, roadway
reconfiguration, an increase in the total commercial square footage permitted by the
development order of the Regional Center DRI, and the establishment of a conversion
matrix. (6- 42S -43E)
