40 A Public Works employee was installing a part on a motorcycle and smashed his finger
with a mallet.

The wearing of gloves may not have been practical in this case.

An Officer was working at a football game at Dwyer High School when a golf cart was
being loaded with pizza boxes. One pizza box slipped and fell on to the accelerator and
the golf cart ran into the motorcycle damaging the fender, saddlebag, windshield, the

the accelerator. While loading, golf cart (or other vehicles) should not be running.
