The old plan was reviewed once at the Planning & Zoning Commission. The new plan involves changing the City's Land Development Regulation with a text change that adopts the FDOT and Palm Beach County landscaping, landscape installation and landscape maintenance standards as a City standard. Mr. Hendrickson confirmed that, if approved, this code would be City wide., He emphasized that some of the old neighborhoods and development projects would be nonconforming.
