PARKS AND RECREATION ADVISORY BOARD MEETING
MINUTES
February 11, 2002
The City of Palm Beach Gardens Parks and Recreation Advisory Board met Monday,
February 11, 2002 at the Burns Road Community Center located at 4404 Burns Road,
Palm Beach Gardens. The meeting was called to order at 7:00 p.m.
Members present included: Wendy Walker, MaryAnne Hedrick, and Bert Premuroso.
Staff present included: Mayor Joe Russo, Brian McLaughlin, Assistant Director of Parks
and Recreation, Jack Doughney, Assistant to City Manager, and Justin Lucas, Athletic
Coordinator.
• Not Present: Members Charles Torrey, Jim Maynor, Mark Kenigsberg, Tory Buckley,
and Phil Milton. Staff member Mike Kelly, Parks Superintendent.
A quorum was not present.at this meeting, therefore, approval of the minutes for the three
previous meetings held on November 13, 2001, December 4, 2001, and January 14, 2002
were unable to be approved and minutes were not taken for this meeting.

NOTE: The next meeting of the Parks and Recreation Advisory Board will be held on
Tuesday, March 5th at 7:00 p.m. in the Burns Road Community Center (Art Gallery),
located at 4404 Burns Road, Palm Beach Gardens, FL.
