CANVASSING BOARD
MEETING MINUTES
March 14, 2003
The March 14, 2003 Meeting of the Canvassing Board City of Palm Beach Gardens, Florida, was
called to order in the Council Chambers of the Municipal Complex, located at 10500 North Military
Trail, Palm Beach Gardens, Florida, and opened with a statement by the Mayor that this meeting was
held to declare the results of the election held March 11, 2003.
ROLL CALL: The City Clerk called the roll and the following elected officials were found to be
in attendance: Mayor Jablin, Councilmember Clark, and Councilmember Delgado. The Mayor
announced that a quorum was present.
CERTIFICATION OF ELECTION:
Councilmember Clark made a motion declaring the Certification from Palm Beach County
Supervisor of Elections for the election held March 11, 2003 as valid. Councilmember Delgado
seconded the motion, which carried by unanimous 3 -0 vote.
