7 The regular meeting was called to order at 8:35 a.m. by Chair L. Marc Cohn.

21 Chair Woodall made a motion to elect Bernard PettinSill as Vice Chair.
22 Board Member Marciano seconded.
23 Motion passed 4 -0.

27 Vice Chair Woodall made a motion to approve the 7/28/11 and 8/11/11 Minutes.
