Petition SP- 03 -14: Mirasol Town Square- Site Plan
A request by Brian Cheguis of Cotleur & Hearing, on behalf of Palm Beach
Acquisitions LLC, for site plan approval of 120,000 square feet of office and
retail space on an approximately 12 -acre parcel in the Mirasol Planned
Community Development (PCD). The Mirasol PCD is located at the northwest
corner of PGA Boulevard and the Ronald Reagan Turnpike.
