Michael Panczak (2'd Alt.) Planning and Zoning Commission October 14, 2003 1. Joint Workshop with Lake Park: (P &Z) Petition PUD- 03 -09: Northlake Square East (a.k.a. Target) Workshop: A request by Urban Design Studio, agent for Northlake Square East, Joint Venture, for a rezoning from Research and Light Industrial Park to Planned Unit Development (PUD) Overlay in the city of Palm Beach Gardens, and rezoning from Traditional Neighborhood District (TND) to PUD Commercial in the Town of Lake Park to allow for the development of a 131,839 square -foot retail building on a 19.90 -acre site. The site is located at the southeast corner of the intersection of Northlake Boulevard and Congress Avenue within the municipal boundaries of the City of Palm Beach Gardens and the Town of Lake Park.
