Special Meeting
February 28, 2006
Minutes
The Budget Oversight Committee held a special meeting on February 28, 2006 in the
Council Chambers of the Municipal Complex, located at 10500 North Military Trail,
Palm Beach Gardens, Florida. The meeting was called to order at 5:30 PM.
I. ROLL CALL
Members Present: John Chaplik
Martin Cohen
Harvey Goldberg
IL REVIEW AND DISCUSSION OF DRAFT REPORT
REGARDING THE POLICE PENSION
The Board went through the report that they had previously drafted regarding the City's
Police Pension Fund. They discussed the report page by page and made deletions and
modifications throughout the report. They talked about the funding, benefit increases and
recommendations they would like given to City Council. They changed many words,
paragraphs, and statements throughout the report and came to a mutual decision to
present the report to City Council.
NEXT MEETING
At the next meeting the Board will move on to discussing the budget.
ADJOURNMENT
With no further business to discuss the board adjourned at 6:12 PM
