The meeting started at 9:06 a.m.
Brad Wiseman opened the meeting and explained that a request had been made to amend
the uses for the existing Development Order for the Regional Center DRI to allow the
225,000 square foot property known as the Gosman property (n/kla Gardens Corporate
Center) to convert from 225,000 office space to 225 hotel rooms, 345 dwelling units and
70,000 square feet of retail space. Brad explained that a consent was obtained from the
Treasure Coast Regional Planning Council and the Florida Department of Transportation.
Having no further bu ' ess, the meeting was adjourned at 9:10 a.m.
