Oak Park PUD- Final Phase
The meeting was called to order at 11:00 am by Brad Weisman. Attendees included:
Brad Weisman, Planning Manager, Ross Gilmore, Forestry Technician, Stephen Mayer,
Senior Planner, Jules Barone, Police Officer and Judy Dye, Engineer.
Stephen Mayer stated that a request was made by Don Hearing of Cotleur and Hearing,
Inc. on behalf of Oak Park Acquisitions for an amendment to the Development Order of
the Oak Park Office Park PUD to amend Condition #13 of Resolution 114, 2005 to
require only the platting of Phase II of the PUD.
No one had any comments and the petitioner was not present at the meeting.
The meeting was adjourned at 11:05 am.
