The meeting took place in the Council Chambers of the City of Palm Beach Gardens on
Thursday, April 12, 2007, and started at 4:15 p.m.
Purpose of the Meeting
This Development Review Committee was held at the request of Marty Minor of Urban
Design Studio on behalf of Donald Ross/Military L.C. for approval of an amendment to
the Donald Ross Village Planned Unit Development. This request includes an increase in
the size of the signage on the west elevation of the hotel from 36. sq. ft. to 53 sq. ft. and a
waiver to allow for one additional flat/wall sign for tenants that have two or more
elevations facing a right -of -way of primary entrance.
Comments
There were not comments by the City or the applicant.
With no further items to discuss, the meeting was adjourned at 4:20 p.m.

MEETING DATE:
A Development Review Committee meeting will be held on Thursday, April 12, 2007 at 4:00 p.m., in the City
Council Chambers to review the following development application:
Petition # PUDA- 07 -02- 000004: A request from Marty Minor of Urban Design Studio on behalf of Donald
Ross /Military L.C., A request by Marty Minor, of Urban Design Studio, on behalf of Donald Ross /Military L.C., for
approval of an amendment to the Donald Ross Village Planned Unit Development (PUD). This request includes
an increase in the size of the signage on the west elevation of the hotel from 36 square feet to 53 square feet
(Building H), and a waiver to allow for one (1) additional flat/wall sign for tenants that have two or more
elevations facing a right -of -way or primary entrance. The Donald Ross Village PUD is approximately 45 -acres
and is located along the south side of Donald Ross Road between Military Trail and Central Boulevard.

The applicant will be in attendance at this meeting. Our office requests your participation in the review of this
project. If you have any comments please forward them to me by April 10, 2007, otherwise, I will assume you
do not have any.

Land Development Regulations Sec. 78 -44
DRC review. The Growth Management department shall forward the completed application to the
members of the DRC, who shall review the application and shall submit their comments and
recommendations to the growth management department director not less than 14 working days
following receipt of the complete application. Incomplete submittals by applicants, review of
environmental factors, lack of or incomplete responses to requests for additional information,
complexity of the application, or need for additional information may delay the DRC review and
comments.
