Food and Beverage Golf Course Concession Services

This non - mandatory pre - submittal conference took place at the Palm Beach Gardens Golf
Course. The terms of the RFP were reviewed with the above - mentioned applicants by
Dino DeRoasting. It was explained that the submittals will be judged by criteria as well
as pricing. This contract will begin in October 2007 or sooner, lasting an initial term of
two years with the potential of up to (4) four — (1) one -year renewal terms. It was stated
that a license for beer and liquor was necessary. The applicants were then given the
chance to ask questions.
The following questions were addressed. The City will pay for the utilities. The repairs to
equipment are to be made by the awarded contractor. The City will provide a beverage
cart for the applicant. All other questions posed were referred back to the application
packet which was distributed to the applicants prior to the meeting.
The meeting ended at 2:15 p.m.
