Summary Notes
Wednesday, July 5, 2000
The July 5, 2000, regular meeting of the PBG B &E Committee has called to
order by Connie Premurso at 5:45 P.M. in the City Council meeting room of the
Municipal Complex located at 10500 North Military Trail, Palm Beach Gardens,
Florida. The following members were in attendance: Jeff Renault, Betty
Marks, Connie Premuroso, Sally Wilks, and Donna Wisneski. City Councilman
David Clark and City Staff Liaison Mark Hendrickson were present.

Hendrickson's notes.]
Approval of Minutes
A motion to approve the May 3, 2000 and June 7, 2000 minutes was made by
Jeff Renault and seconded. Motion unanimously carried.
Items by City Council Liaison
Councilman Clark addressed the Committee members about his discussion
with the Mayor and City Council members concerning their request to get
more involved in public landscaping projects. The City Council has directed
the Planning and Zoning Commission to review all new City building projects.
The City Council does want the B &E Committee to review all roadway
beautification projects.
Old Business
Mark Hendrickson provided the new City Hall landscape plans for review, but
there was not much interest since it had already been to City Council.
New Business
Mark Hendrickson said he would bring a list of proposed roadway projects for
the Committee's information.
Motion to adjourn was made and seconded. Meeting ended around 6:30 p.m.
