General Employees Pension Fund
Trustee Meeting
December 15, 2000
The meeting was called to order by Mark Vadas at 9:05 AM. In attendance were
Kent Olson, Jack Hanson and Mark Vadas.
A motion to approve the board meeting minutes of August 21, 2000 was made by
Mark Vadas and seconded by Jack Hanson. The vote to approve was
unanimous.
A motion to approve an invoice for payment from Christiansen & Dehner in the
amount of $708.35 was made by Kent Olson and seconded by Jack Hanson. A
motion to approve an invoice for payment from Investment Monitoring Services
for $750.00 was made by Kent Olson and seconded by Jack Hanson. Both
motions received unanimous approval.
A discussion was held regarding the fee increase from Christiansen & Dehner
and the board decided unanimously to continue to retain the service of that
company.
A discussion was held regarding terminating the services of Investment
Monitoring Services and retaining in their place and stead a new company,
Boghdan Consulting LLC with the same principals in charge. The board decided
unanimously to approve this change and Mark Vadas signed the letter of
authorization to effect the change.
The board directed Jack Hanson to establish the meeting dates, times and
places for the calendar year 2001 and to coordinate with our Fire Department to
share the common services.
Having concluded all business a motion to adjourn was made by Mark Vadas
and seconded by Kent Olson. The time was recorded at 9:40 AM.
