GENERAL EMPLOYEES PENSION FUND
Meeting was called to order at 3:15 P.M. on June 16, 1998 by Mark Vadas, Chairman
at the City of Palm Beach Gardens Office Annex. In attendance were Board
Members Jack Hanson, Barbara Byerly, Steve Parella, Kent Olson and Mark Vadas.
The meeting was called to approve the pension of Isiah Talton to begin May 1, 1998
and the pension of Barbara Byerly to begin August 1, 1998. A motion was made by
Kent Olson to approve the pension for Isiah Talton in the amount of $951.43 with
50% Joint Survivor beginning May 1, 1998. Motion was seconded by Jack Hanson
and passed with a unanimous vote. A motion was made by Kent Olson to approve a
pension for Barbara Byerly beginning August 1, 1998 in the amount to be determined
by Foster & Foster. The amount will be confirmed at the Board's quarterly meeting
in August, 1998. Motion was seconded by Steve Parella. The motion was approved
by the board members present, with Barbara Byerly abstaining.
Copies of employee requests and other copies kept by the secretary, will be made in
duplicate and given to Steve Parella to hold at a site away from City Hall for safety
reasons.

meeting at 3:35 P.M.
