MARCH 12, 1401
A Special MecLing of the City Council was called to order by the Vice
Mayor, Dick Aldred at 5:24 P.M. in the Assembly Room at the Municipal
Complex, 105DO North 191litary Trail, halm Beach Gardens. Florid .
RGLL CALL: The roll was called by the City Clerk and went were: (lice Mayor Aldred,
�— Councilman Kied1s, and Councilwoman Monroe. City Manager John Orr was also
in attendance.
RESOLUTIONS:
RLSOLUTIDN 16, By a unanimous vote of the Council, the City Clerk read in full Resolution,
I 18, 1981, declaring the results of the General Election of the City held
Plarch 10, 1981, and declaring that a run -c" ^lection will br held for the
Group 1 seat on march 17, 1981.
Resolution 18, 19£1 was adopt °d by a unanimous vote of the Council.
NEW BUSINE35: Courcilvcrian Ponroe :suggested that in vi:w of the Fact that the middle of
the fiscal year is near, perhaps t .uuld be appropriate for the members
of the Council to hold a Special Workshop Meeting the :1st of larch fpr the
purpose of receiving input from the City Tanager and various department
head;, including the Building Ofriciol and City Clerk, re: the responsibil-
i}ies of their respective offices and additional personnel they may need
to keep pace with the workload generated by the rapid growth of the City.
