SPECIAL MEETING
CITY OF PALM BEACH GARDENS
MARCH 17, 1981
A Special Meeting of the City Council vas called to order by Mayor
Feeney at 7:45 P.M. in the Reception Room at the Municipal Complex, 10500
North Military Trail, Palm Beach Ga ^dens, Florida.
ROLL CALL:
The roll was called by the City Clerk and re-ont were: Mayor Feeney,
Vice Mayor ,Aldred, Councilman Kiedis, and Councilwoman Monroe. City Manager
John Orr and Attorney kiilliam Grant wore also in attendance.
PURPOSE:
The Special Neeting was called for the purpose of canvassing /opening the
ballots of those that voted absentee in the Run -Off Election held this date.
CAiNVASSING OF
Referencrny the County Registration Books, verification vas made as to
VOTES:
those that voted absentee were qualified electors of the City and did not
participate at the election precincts this date. A list of the names and
addresses of those that voted absentee viil be for+.varded by certified mail
to the County Supervisor of Elections to tic marked as voting in the City's
Fun -Siff Election. The named and addresses of those that voted absentee
were as follows:
