GENERAL EMPLOYEES PENSION FUND
June 19, 1995
The meeting was called to order at 4:10. In attendance were Win
Weldon, Jerry Bergman, Tom Thomas, Jack Hanson and Judy Fox;
Scott Christiansen, Hal Chappell and Sun Bank Representative Ann
Smith.
Copies of the minutes from the May 22, 1995 meeting were passed
out to the Board members. Jerry Bergman motioned they be ap-
proved, Jack Hanson seconded.
Judy Fox submitted invoices for approval from Christiansen &
Dehner, Hal Chappell, and Sun Bank. Hal Chappell explained "Soft
Dollars" from Sun Bank that are applied against his fee.
Ann Smith and Hal Chappell gave a report for the Quarter ending
March 30, 1995. Win Weldon moved we have the Investment Manager
bring the Equities allocation to 700. Tom Thomas approved and
all agreed.
Win Weldon proposed that Ward Foster do an actuarial report on
the following:
Normal retirement at age 65
Salary definition is W2 wages less any lump sum pay out
2 1/2% Benefit rate of the highest 3 years of the last 5
4% employee contribution
Tom Thomas seconded and all agreed.
The Meeting was adjourned at 6:30 PM.
