MARCH 71 19°4
Meeting was called to order at 4 :00 P.M. Attending were Win
Weldon, Jerry Bergman, Tom Thomas and Judy Fox, Trustees; Scott
Christiansen and Hal Chappell.
With regar d to the election of City employee to the board, a
question was raised as to whether or not an employee who has
contributions in the plan but is not currently contributing may
be on the ballot. Win Weldon moved that a "full time partici-
pant" makes contributions. •ferry Bergman seconded, all were in
favor.
Win expressed appreciation to Scott for getting the proposed
draft completed in a timely manner and recommended payment of the
invoice from Christiansen and Dehner. . Jerry Bergman second, all
in favor.
The rest of the meeting consisted of going over the proposed
plan.
The meeting was adjourned at 5:30 P.M.
The next meeting will be April 4, in the City Council Chambers.
