REGULAR MEETING
CITY OF PALM BEACH GARDENS
SEPTEMBER 16, 1993
The Regular Meeting of the City Council of the City of
Palm Beach Gardens, Florida, was called to order by vice
Mayor
Monroe at 7:30 P.M. in the Assembly Room of the Municipal
Complex, 10500 North Military Trail, Palm Beach Gardens,
Florida, and opened with the Pledge of Allegiance to the
Flag.
Roll Call The City Clerk called the roll and present were Vice
Mayor Monroe, Councilwoman Furtado and Councilman Clark.
Mayor Russo was not in attendance as he was out of town and
Councilman Jablin was not in attendance due to the Rosh
Hashana Holiday.
ANNOUNCEMENTS Vice Mayor Monroe stated the announcements were as posted on
the City's bulletin boards.
PUBLIC HEARINGS
Ordinance 14, 1993 Vice Mayor Russo declared the Public Hearing open, which
held on the intent of Ordinance 14, 1993, relating to the
regulation of the use and development of land regarding
public safety impact fees. Vice Mayor Russo stated that
she would entertain a motion to recess the public hearing
due to the Rosh Hashana Holiday. Councilman Clark made
a motion to recess the Public Hearing for ordinance 14,
1993, to the Regular Meeting of 9/23/93, seconded by
Councilwoman Monroe. The motion was unanimously carried.

ADJOURNMENT There being no further business to discuss, the meeting
was adjourned at 7:37 P.M.
