SPECIAL REGULAR MEETING
CITY OF PALM BEACH GARDENS
J::NE 1, 1989
The Special Regular Meeting of the City Council of Palm Beach Gardens,
Florida, was called to order oy Mayor Martino at 7:30 P.M. in the Assembly
Room of the Municipal Complex, 10500 North Military Trail, Palm Beach
Gardens, Florida.
ROLL CALL
The Deputy City Clerk called the roll and present were: Mayor Martino,
Vice Mayor Aldred, and Councilman Kiselewski. Councilman Russo arrived at
approximately 7:38 P.M. Councilwoman Monroe was not in attendance due to
a previous commitment.
PUBLIC HEARING
Mr. Richard Walton, Planning and Zoning Director, addressed the City
Council re: modifications to the City's Comprehensive Land Use Plan /Map
adopted 11/21/85 by Ordinance 22, 1985, incorporating those lands annexed
into the City in 1988 under Palm Beach County Development Regulations.
The City Council expressed no concerns with the proposed s_�mittal.
Mayor Martino declared the Public Hearing open, which was duly advertisea
4/9/89, and recessed from the City Council meeting of 5/15/89. There
being no comments from the public, Mayor Martino declared the Public
Hearing closed.
Per a unanimous vote of the City Council, the Planning and Zoning Director
was directed to transmit to the State Department of Community Affairs or
their determination of compliance /consistency with statutory requirements,
modifications to the City's Comprehensive Land Use Plan /Map adopted
11/21/85 by Ordinance 22, 1985, incorporating those lands annexed into the
® City in 1988 under Palm Beach County Development Regulations; and the new
Comprehensive Land Use Plan /Map for the City {superseding the
Comprehensive Land Use Plan /Map adopted 11/21/85 by Ordinance 22, 1985.

The City Council recessed their Public Hearing on the new Comprehensive
Land Use Plan /Map for the City (superseding the Comprehensive Land Use
Plan /Map adopted 11/21/85 by Ordinance 22, 1985) on ,tune 13, 1989, at 7:30
P.M.
ADJOURNMENT There being no further business to discuss, the meeting was adjourned at
7:42 P.M.
