SPECIAL REGULAR MEETING
CITY OF PALM BEACH GARDENS
JANUARY 12, 1989
The Special Regular Meeting of the City Council of Palm Beach Gardens,
Florida, was called to order by Vice Mayor Martino at 8:00 P.M, in the
Assembly Room of the Municipal Complex, 10500 North Military Trail, Palm
Beach Gardens, Florida, and opened with the Pledge of Allegiance to the
Flag.
ROLL CALL
The Deputy City Clerk called the roll and present were: Vice Mayor
Martino, Councilman Aldred, Councilwoman Monroe and Councilman Kiselewski.
Mayor Feeney was not in attendance as he was cut -of -town.

WATERWAY CAFE
APPEAL
Per the written request of Attorney David Shaw, authorized agent for
owners of Waterway Cafe, the appeal to the ruling of the City's Site Plan
and Appearance Review Committee, at their regularly- scheduled meeting of
12/6/88 for location of barge within waterway at "Waterway Cafe" on the
south side of PGA Boulevard, immediately west of the Intracoastal
Waterway,(as recessed from the Regular Meeting of 1/5/89) was recessed to
the City Council Special Regular Meeting of 1/26/89.
INTERLDCAL
AGREEMENT WITH
PALM BEACH COUNTY
Per a unanimous vote of the City Council the Mayor and the City Clark were
authorized to execute en Interlocal Agreement with Palm Beach County re:
the (1) 716.391 acres, which were annexed 12/15188 by Ordinance 49, 1488,
and include that portion of "Frenchman's Creek" that lies south of Donald
Ross Road; and (2) the 596.14 acres, which were annexed 12/15/88 by
Ordinance 29, 1988, by Ordinance 29, 1988, and is known as "Parcel Four" -
