SPECIAL REGULAR MEETING
® CITY OF PALM BEACH GARDENS
AUGUST 31, 1989
The Regular Meeting of the City Council of Palm Beach Gardens, Florida,
was called to order by Mayor Martino, subsequent to the adjournment of the
Workshop Meeting.
PROCLAMATION Mayor Martino read a proclamation proclaiming 9/2/89 as Madd /Volkswagen
Drive `�r Life Day.
RESOLTUIONS
ST. IGNATIUS Attorney Brant stated the City was in receipt of a petition from St,
Ignatius Loyola Cathedral to abandon the Unity of Title on property
fronting on Military Trail to convey to Paim Beach County the right -of-
way needed to improve Military Trail.
__RESOLUTION 69,1989 Per a unanimous vote of the City Council the Secretary read, by title
MW only, Resolution 69, 1989, authorizing the Mayor and City Clerk to execute
a partial release of the Unity of Title in the Diocese Center, a PUD
created by Ordinance 13, 1987.
Resolution 69, 1989, was unanimously adopted by the City Counril.
ADJOURNMENT There being no further business to discuss, the meeting was adjourned at
11:30 P.M.
