The City Clerk called the roll and present were: Mayor Feeney, 'lice Mayor
Martino, Councilwoman Monroe, and Councilman Aldred. Councilman Kiselewski,
was not in attendance due to being out of town.

Councilwoman Monroe expressed her concern that the City Council was not
reports before them. Councilwoman

Monroe stated she preferred not to hear from developers that projects were
in compliance with the City's codes, but would like to see a report pre-
pared by staff. The City "tanager will look into this problem, but stated
he may need additional personnel to perform this task.

Per a rnnan-imous vote of the City Council the Deputy City Clerk read, by
side only, on first reading, Ordinance 22, 1988, amending "Gardens Plaza"
P',1D created 3/21/85, by Ordinance 3, 1985, by permitting the addition of
two wall signs per eachtwin tower for tenant identification.
The City Council will consider adoption of Ordinance 22, 1988, at their
Pogular Meeting of May 19, 1988.
Per a unanimous vote of the City Council the Deputy City Clerk read, by
title only, on first reading, Ordinance 23, 1988, extension of the per -
m,ssible time for completion of "Prosperity Oaks" RH -High Density
Residential "Nous-,ng for the elderly" aid CG -1 General Commercial "Nursing
